Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the RashiAura app and rashiaura.com, provided by Infocare Technologies Private Limited, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using RashiAura you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use RashiAura

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You may hold one account, which is linked to your email address and holds one personal birth profile.

2. Your account

You sign in with one-time codes sent to your email. Keep access to that email and your devices secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your birth details

Calculations depend entirely on the details you enter. Enter your exact birth date, time and birthplace; RashiAura does not support unknown or approximate birth times and assumes the time you enter is correct. Enter another person’s details for Guna Milana only with their permission.

4. What RashiAura is, and is not

RashiAura calculates Vedic astrology charts and offers readings based on traditional rules for reflection and personal interest. Astrology is a matter of tradition and belief, not established science. Readings, Today’s View, Dhatu Kundli and Guna Milana are not predictions you should rely on, and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or marriage advice. Do not make important decisions, or delay seeking professional help, because of anything RashiAura shows. We work to keep calculations accurate, but different traditions and settings give different results and we do not guarantee that any result is complete or error-free.

5. Standard and Premium

Some features are free (Standard) and some need Premium. Premium is an auto-renewing annual subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown in the store before you buy, including any free trial offered there. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store under its terms: the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your store account at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your RashiAura account does not cancel the subscription. Which features are Standard or Premium may change; we will not take away a Premium feature you have paid for during the current paid period. When Premium ends, readings already made stay in your history and can still be read; only new Premium readings stop.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse RashiAura: do not try to access other people’s accounts or data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, copy or resell its content or calculations, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Our content

The app, website, artwork, texts and readings belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own non-commercial purposes while you have an account. Place and time-zone data come from open sources credited in the app’s licences screen.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We will give reasonable notice in the app of changes that materially affect paid features.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using RashiAura and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Sections 4, 7, 10 and 11 continue after your account ends.

10. Liability

RashiAura is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on its content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Subject to any consumer rights you have where you live, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use RashiAura after that means you accept the updated terms.
